Shop for Something New

We will be using the stalls as "booths" for people to sell equestrian-related items. This could be tack, riding clothes, equine art or jewelry, anything equestrian-related.

Stall rental is free for members. Check your membership status here.
Stall rental for non-members is $25.00. Renew your membership or join here
Shoppers will be able to haul their horse in to try on saddles. The round pen behind the barn and the arenas can be used for trying out saddles. Sellers are responsible for monitoring their merchandise at all times.
We are hoping to arrange for a few Saddle Fitters to attend. Individuals will schedule time and payment with them directly.
This event is not for businesses, it is intended for individuals interested in selling items they own and/or made.
Each seller will handle their own sales. LWSC is not responsible for ensuring that sellers have access to payment technologies, or change, etc.
Some set up could be possible the night before, but no merchandise should be stored in the stalls overnight. Sellers should bring tables or other equipment needed to display items.
LWSC is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
