Auction Items 

Donations of auction items are needed!  Here are some ideas of possible items you could contribute. 
  • Maybe you are affiliated with a business that would donate a free product or service? 
  • Maybe you are crafty and could make something? 
  • Maybe you have a skill, like that killer chocolate cake you can make? 
  • Maybe you have a vacation home and can donate a weekend?
  • Maybe you would be willing to help solicit donations from local businesses?  We need help! 
There are two ways you can submit auction item donations, you can use the online form below; 
If you plan to help solicit auction items from businesses, etc., click on the button below to download a letter you can use to provide LWSC information to potential donors and gather donation information.
If you are hesitant to ask for donations, we have provided an overview below to give you an idea of who to talk to, and what to do.  It gets easier with practice and can be a rewarding experience.  Try it!
Be sure to get those volunteer hours completed so you qualify for year end prizes associated with our Hunter/Jumper, Dressage, and other shows and events.

Our fund raiser Dessert Dash is a lot of fun.  We need desserts donated so please consider donating a cake or dessert.
