Park Calendar of Events for 2010 Bridle Trails Park Foundation The Bridle Trails Park Foundation is a 501c3 non-profit organization established to preserve, maintain, and enhance Bridle Trials State Park. The foundation is raising money to subsidize the operating budge of the park. Visit the Bridle Trails Park Foundation website for more information on volunteering or donating to the foundation. Hit the Bricks For Bridle Trails When Bridle Trails State Park was threatened with closure, the Bridle Trails Park Foundation stepped in and agreed to pay half the operating costs for the next 40 years. With that agreement in place, the State Parks department decided they needed to do some capital work on the horseshow facilities - and thus we finally have a new judges' stand and bleachers. We are now offering you the opportunity to purchase an inscription in one of the bricks (or cobblestones) surrounding these structures. By doing so you accomplish two things; you can honor or memorialize friends, family, loved ones, and even pets, or show your own lasting involvement, and you help the Bridle Trails Park Foundation fulfill its partnership agreement with the State.
Your purchase of an inscribed brick will be treated as a tax-deductible contribution. Just go to the printable order form and fill one out for every brick you wish to purchase. All the details are on the form. You will receive a letter of verification. Inscription will take place in late May or early June of 2006 (and inscriptions will take place this time every year as long as people continue buying bricks). Driving Directions
