About the park:

Bridle Trails State Park is a 482-acre forested natural area on the east side of Lake Washington between Bellevue and Kirkland Washington. The park has over 20 miles of trails used by both riders and hikers, as well as picnic areas and riding arenas.

Bridle Trails Park Foundation

The Bridle Trails Park Foundation is a 501c3 non-profit organization established to preserve, maintain, and enhance Bridle Trials State Park. The foundation is raising money to subsidize the operating budge of the park. Visit the Bridle Trails Park Foundation website for more information on volunteering or donating to the foundation.

Driving Directions

From I-405 North:
Exit freeway at Exit #17 (NE 70th St.)
Turn right at end of freeway exit onto 116th Ave. NE
At NE 60th St. Stop sign, continue straight ahead
Park entrance is on the left hand side of the road.

From I-405 South:
Exit freeway at Exit #17 (NE 70th St.)
Turn right at end of freeway exit onto NE 70th St.
At light, turn right onto 116th Ave. NE
At NE 60th St. Stop sign, continue straight ahead
Park entrance is on the left hand side of the road.

There are three signed trails in the park. A kiosk is located at the main trailhead with a map of the three loop trails described below. The main trailhead is located up the hill from the northwest corner of the parking lot. Please take care to follow park rules so that everyone can enjoy this wonderful park.
