Lake Washington Saddle Club
Purpose and Objectives:

  • Preserve, improve and maintain Bridle Trails State Park for horse use
  • Encourage interest in horses and good horsemanship
  • Develop and sponsor equestrian activities for club members
  • Support other equestrian, animal welfare and related community associations
  • Provide meeting place and social contact for members

The Lake Washington Saddle Club is an equestrian club based at Bridle Trails State Park in Bellevue, WA,  committed to preserving, improving, and maintaining Bridle Trails State Park.  We run Hunter and Jumper Fun Shows, Dressage Schooling , B-rated Hunter, Playdays, Trail Training and other equestrian activities which provide funds for improvements and maintenance of the park.

COMING UP: "Spook - Less" Trail Training Day
OCTOBER 19:   11:00AM  - 3:00 PM

A great way to develop trust and confidence between horse and rider, beneficial for horses and riders at any age and stage of training and in all riding disciplines  A variety of "interesting" objects, obstacles and challenges encountered on the trail and in the "real world" are set up around the arenas, and you will be free to experiment with them at your own pace in a safe and supervised environment.  LWSC members are free, $10 for non-members. No pre-registration: Come anytime between 11 and 3 PM.   Bring halter/lead for horse and helmet for rider. For more info, contact Sue at news@lakewashingtonsaddleclub.org
